Job Description:

The US Reg Reporting Lead Analyst will be responsible for the preparation and analysis of schedules related to the filing of several key US Regulatory Reports including FFIEC 009/a, FR 2510 and FR 2436. This position requires a high degree of discretion and authority to ensure that the compilation, analysis, and reporting of Citi's financials to the Federal Reserve are conducted in accordance with regulatory and internal standards.

Job Responsibility:

Quarterly and Semiannual review of regulatory schedules including timely submission of Reports to regulators via Reporting Central
Ensure accuracy of Reports through various review methods and liaise with the Regulators on behalf of Citigroup, Inc
Produce metrics for Senior Management highlighting key issues and remediation status
Maintain and enhance related operational and analytical procedures, ensuring key controls are in place and both standardize and optimize processes globally
Ensure execution of project plans and key milestones as assigned
Active leadership and representation of CER team in working group sessions
Identify process improvement efforts and coordinate and streamline control activities
Be responsible for ensuring a comprehensive approach to all control programs
Perform key controls, review, and facilitate MCA testing
Manage engagement with Internal and External Audit Parties, and Regulatory Entities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
Strong background in one or more of the Reporting Operations disciplines or areas of Finance
6+ years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, or business-related fields in Financial Services
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills required
Excellent analytical background and skill set to understand Regulatory Requirements, Financial Products, including system data flows
Experience in Capital Market Products (i.e. Derivatives)
Experience Regulatory and/or Risk/Management reports
Knowledge of accounting and financial/regulatory reporting
