Job Description:

The Regulatory Reporting role involves preparation, analysis, and submission of regulatory reports, participation in testing processes, project coordination, and process improvement while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Job Responsibility:

Define and organize UAT testing processes
Plan and coordinate project activities
Conduct process and system testing
Review updated project plans and provide status updates
Document and establish business requirement documents
Attend working group sessions and facilitate action plans
Manage multiple priorities
Respond to ad-hoc queries
Identify and resolve problems
Execute processes within defined parameters
Coordinate the design and delivery of training materials
Escalate potential issues
Participate in cross-functional working groups
Identify process improvement opportunities
Maintain tracking tools
Provide status updates to management.

Requirements:

2-5+ years of extensive experience within the financial services industry and regulatory reporting
Basic knowledge of U.S. regulatory reports
Able to navigate through a large organization to streamline and summarize multiple information points
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong technical problem-solving skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks
Self-motivated.
