We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our well established team. You will have responsibility for looking after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to deliver the quality care they deserve.
Job Responsibility:
Looking after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents.
Developing tailored personal care plans and risk assessments.
Mentoring student nurses and junior staff.
Supporting quality improvements.
Requirements:
Level 1 or 2 Registered Nurse qualification.
Must be flexible to working shift patterns with occasional option to cover night shifts
Good communication skills.
Caring nature.
Work well as part of a team.
