Job Responsibility:
Overseeing the operations of our 3 bed home in Cardiff
Supporting people with complex needs, predominately Learning Disabilities
Requirements:
Experienced in a leadership role within Residential
Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality with Learning Disabilities
Demonstrates positive values
Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
Good awareness of CIW legislation, updates, changes and best practice
Holds or is working towards a Level 5 Qualification
