We are seeking a Regional Support Manager to join our children’s residential care division. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced leaders who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people while supporting and strengthening our network of homes.
Job Responsibility:
Providing parachute support to Registered Managers when additional capacity or expertise is required
Delivering audits, coaching, and mentoring to ensure best practice and continuous improvement
Offering interim management cover in homes without a manager, ensuring consistency and high standards of care
Guiding and supporting staff teams to maintain a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment
Requirements:
Significant experience in children’s residential care, ideally as a Senior/Peripatetic Registered Manager or equivalent senior role
A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and quality standards
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills
The ability to quickly assess, stabilise, and strengthen services
Flexibility to travel across regions as required
