The Eastern Essex Regional Public Health Coalition (EERPHC) seeks a highly organized, collaborative professional to coordinate a shared-services public health model across four towns. Hamilton is the fiscal agent for this PHE grant-funded position.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate regional public health initiatives, staffing, and reporting
Manage meetings, documentation, and cross-town communication
Track progress on coalition work plans and prepare regular reports
Support and align regional roles (social work, epidemiology, inspection) with coalition priorities
Oversee grant budget, expenditures, and data systems for hours, activities, and outcomes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in public health, health administration, social work, or related field
Two-plus years’ experience in public, clinical, or community health
regional/multi-municipal experience preferred
Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills
Proficiency with office and digital communication tools
Valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to complete required public health and ICS courses within six months of hire
