Job Description:

The Eastern Essex Regional Public Health Coalition (EERPHC) seeks a highly organized, collaborative professional to coordinate a shared-services public health model across four towns. Hamilton is the fiscal agent for this PHE grant-funded position.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate regional public health initiatives, staffing, and reporting
  • Manage meetings, documentation, and cross-town communication
  • Track progress on coalition work plans and prepare regular reports
  • Support and align regional roles (social work, epidemiology, inspection) with coalition priorities
  • Oversee grant budget, expenditures, and data systems for hours, activities, and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in public health, health administration, social work, or related field
  • Two-plus years’ experience in public, clinical, or community health
  • regional/multi-municipal experience preferred
  • Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with office and digital communication tools
  • Valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to complete required public health and ICS courses within six months of hire
