We are looking for a Regional Partner Manager to take ownership of the Denmark and Norway region and contribute with professional channel and partner sales expertise. The ideal candidate will be based in the region. With Keepit's rapid growth, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact and work with a dynamic team. Reporting to our VP of Channel in EMEA North, the Regional Partner Manager plays a critical role for Keepit to expand our presence across the region. Your main focus will be driving our partner first strategy by acquiring, onboarding, enabling, and developing our partners and ensure contracts, commercials, and systems are aligned to support our regional business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategize, plan, and execute the regional sales strategy in alignment with your team and the VAR and distribution partners in your region
  • Build a pipeline of net new customer deal registrations with focus partners in Region
  • Spend time on-site with partners 3 days per week on average
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at new and existing regional partners
  • Enable and activate partners by helping them grow their SaaS back-up practice and teach them how to hunt for new business opportunities in the region
  • Ensure customer & partner satisfaction by addressing issues and working closely with our sales, customer success, product & development teams
  • Maintain accurate and in-tine records of all partner sales and prospecting activities in CRM and PRM systems to contribute to overview, accurate sales pipeline, and forecasting
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities

Requirements:

  • A strong commercial understanding with 5+ years of experience gained through developing partner relationships in the SaaS/IT industry
  • Passion for building and nurturing a regional partner ecosystem consisting of VARs and distributors
  • Solid stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Structured approach to business development and time management
  • Fluency in English and Danish and/or Norwegian language(s)
  • Flexibility and entrepreneurial mindset
