The aim of a Regional Manager position is to act as the link between the KellyDeli back office, retail partners and our points of sales. This position is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of points of sales to ensure operational excellence throughout the network. Reporting to the Head of Regional Managers, you will be targeted on driving like-for-like sales performance as well as building consistently strong relationships with both franchise partners and retail stores that we operate within.

Guarantee performance delivery of individual points of sale
Coach and support franchise partners
Implement company policy, quality standards, and marketing initiatives
Ensure clear communication between head office and sales outlets
Ensure customer satisfaction
Be the key contact for the retailer
Responsible for contract renewal
Be a source of information on retail concepts and competitors
Drive sales revenues by managing kiosk KPIs
Ensure marketing campaign participation
Check product quality and recipe adherence
Control hygiene and uniform compliance
Establish pro-active sales activities
Create sales training programs
Organize sales competitions
Conduct retailer business reviews
Represent the brand locally
Visit franchise partners monthly
Record visits in GEMBA
Build trust with franchisees
Coach partners on business optimisation
Conduct bi-annual business reviews
Assure contract compliance
Sign off new Franchise Partners
Ensure training compliance
Create documentation for kiosk operations
Implement actions from Partner Surveys
Carry out monthly store visits
Perform monthly quality checks
Coach on corrective actions
Check marketing campaign deployment
Ensure company standards are followed
Ensure e-learning completion
Requirements:
