Job Description:

The Regional HR Business Partner role at Atlassian involves partnering with Engineering leadership to scale and deliver best-in-class services, solving challenges, curating development for leaders, and architecting team culture. The position focuses on driving strategies for 2025 and beyond, supporting HR processes, and championing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives while leveraging data-driven insights and analytics to drive success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with central HR functions and drive strategies and plans for 2025 and beyond
  • support client groups by using communication, coaching, and organization design skills to influence Engineering managers and execute on the Engineering HR strategy
  • partner with People Managers through core HR processes and programs, providing insightful analytics and recommending actions to clients, as well as partnering with other HR areas to initiate, develop, and deliver HR solutions
  • champion and drive our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies into talent acquisition, manager growth and development, employee experience, and organizational health
  • drive our Early Career Program to build a robust talent pipeline
  • provide insightful analytics, trends, and recommended actions to clients to guide planning, program design, decision-making, and measures of success.
