Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Supporting recruitment processes for IT positions
Actively seeking candidates using various sourcing methods and channels
Conducting initial telephone interviews with candidates
Creating and publishing recruitment advertisements
Updating the candidate database and ensuring the highest standards of recruitment communication
Collaborating with the team and managers on ongoing projects
Support in employer branding activities

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 year of experience in recruitment in the IT industry
Willingness to develop in the IT recruitment field
Organizational skills and independence in the execution of tasks
Communication and relationship building skills
Knowledge of basic labor laws regarding hiring and B2B contracts
Ability to work with sourcing tools (first experience in this area is welcome)
Knowledge of English at a level that allows communication
Knowledge of the Polish language
