This remote role offers a dynamic opportunity for professionals to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment focused on staffing travel nurses. The position provides flexibility with a temp-to-perm arrangement, allowing you to demonstrate your skills and grow within the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the prioritization and activation of travel nursing orders daily, collaborating with leadership to rank based on key factors like bill rate and urgency
  • Utilize advanced tools such as Bullhorn to source, segment, and engage candidates efficiently, ensuring smooth workflow management
  • Execute multi-channel sourcing campaigns across various digital platforms and develop targeted HubSpot workflows to nurture candidates by specialty and location
  • Research and implement AI-enabled sourcing tools, continually testing for efficiency and effectiveness to accelerate candidate discovery
  • Provide real-time strategic insights by monitoring market trends, including bill rates and client demand, to guide sourcing and marketing strategies
