Job Responsibility:
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and internal databases to identify, engage, and build a pipeline of high-quality candidates for various industries
End-to-End Candidate Coordination: Manage the logistics of the hiring journey, including resume screening, scheduling interviews across different time zones, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience
Market Intelligence & Research: Support consultants by conducting market mapping and salary benchmarking to help Randstad’s clients stay competitive in the Malaysian talent market
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
