We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support our Recruitment Operations (RecOps) function in delivering a seamless, end-to-end hiring experience. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR admin, or an adjacent operations role who is eager to take ownership across the full hiring lifecycle, from supporting role definition through to onboarding handover. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners to ensure our processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
Candidate Experience & Coordination: Schedule interviews across time zones, manage communication, and provide a smooth, timely candidate experience
End-to-End Process Support: Contribute to the full hiring cycle, including role setup, job postings, interview coordination, offers, pre-employment checks, and onboarding transitions
Operational Support: Maintain consistent workflows, documentation, and process standards across the recruitment function
ATS & Reporting: Manage accurate candidate and job data in Ashby ATS, generate simple reports, and support tracking of key hiring metrics
Tools & Documentation: Maintain templates, process guides, and documentation in Confluence
support workflow tracking in Jira
Offers & Compliance: Prepare offer letters and hiring documents
partner with HR and Legal to ensure compliance and completeness
Efficiency & Automation: Assist in testing new tools, improving processes, and contributing to operational enhancement projects
Team Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, People Ops, and IT to ensure alignment and smooth execution across all recruitment stages
Requirements:
1–2 years in recruitment coordination, HR admin, office operations, or another detail-oriented role
fast-paced industry exposure is a plus
Proficiency with Google Workspace and scheduling tools
