The Recruiting Program Manager (RPM) works closely with Power's recruiting team and Power's executive team to help assure all aspects of Power's professional and collegiate recruiting efforts are optimally organized and managed, with clear dashboarding of overall program status available real-time. This brand-new role is seen as critical to the company's success by hiring the best possible people for long-term careers at Power Construction.
Job Responsibility:
Work long term with Power's recruiting and executive teams to maintain a sense of urgency and a track record of hiring the best people that fit Power culture and its operational expectations
Become the recruiting team's subject matter expert for all-things software, technology, and process related
Upon hiring, analyze current and available recruiting tools and processes for purposes of determining what to keep, discard, improve, and/or purchase and implement
then execute the work necessary to quickly put in place an enhanced set of tools and processes
Build a simple but effective dashboarding process to keep stakeholders aware of the team's annual recruiting progress in real-time
Monitor and help manage our college relationship development program and our external agency recruiter program
Manage the process of writing compelling job posts and recruiting-related website copy and video content, including continually enhancing Power's library of recruiting-specific social media content as well as tracking key recruiting-related digital analytics
Manage key recruiting elements such as the candidate offer program, employee referral program, all candidate and recruiting team travel, recruiting budgets including candidate expense reimbursements, external agency agreements, intern/co-op housing contracts and move-in/out, scheduling of internal recruiter training, process of updating Power's library of recruiting and teaching presentations and e-book content, process of annual updating of collegiate campus materials, and scheduling of spring and fall on-campus events and student group site visits
Lead by example while supporting team growth through mentoring and training

Requirements:
Four-year college degree is preferred
equivalent professional experience will be considered
12+ year track record of enabling teams and key staff to stay focused on accomplishing their objectives, inclusive of maintaining an enjoyable, personalized, and rewarding sense of camaraderie
Demonstrated ability to write and communicate at the highest levels of organizational excellence

Corporate experience with a general contractor, construction manager, subcontractor, or an adjacent professional services organization is preferred, along with strong technical proficiency across modern databases, dashboards, research platforms, and analytical toolsets
Advanced proficiency across the Microsoft Suite is essential
hands-on experience in client relations, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, business communications, and presentation development, with exposure to executive leadership
Nice to have:
Experience supporting business development, marketing initiatives, and social media efforts is a strong plus
