Job Description:

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help scale our team and ensure that every candidate has a smooth, thoughtful, and well-run interview process at Kodiak. You’ll be at the center of our hiring engine—keeping interviews on track, creating a welcoming candidate experience, and helping us continuously improve how we evaluate and hire top talent.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver an excellent candidate experience and support a well-organized, efficient recruiting process
  • Own scheduling for 1on1 screens, virtual interviews, and onsite interviews - often across multiple time zones while balancing speed, accuracy, and a positive candidate experience
  • Facilitate a smooth onsite/virtual interview experience for candidates, keep interviews running on time, and ensure interviewers are prepared with the right information, tools and materials
  • Take ownership of the scheduling process within our ATS (Greenhouse) and help refine and document recruiting processes, templates, and workflows as we scale
  • Prepare interview packets and scorecards, and help drive consistent use of structured interviews and feedback across the team
  • Support recruiting projects such as pipeline tracking, candidate experience surveys, employer brand efforts, and coordination for hiring events

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in recruiting coordination
  • Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally Greenhouse, and strong comfort using Google Workspace
  • A proven track record of delivering a great candidate experience - clear communication, thoughtful details, and a friendly, professional presence
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to switch gears quickly in a fast-paced environment, and stay calm and solutions-oriented when schedules change or conflicts pop up
  • A willingness to roll up your sleeves, jump in where needed, and partner with the team to improve processes, tools, and workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a collaborative working style
  • A sense of urgency, ownership, and a bias toward action mindset

experience in a tech or start-up environment is a plus
