We are looking for a dedicated Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Century City. This is a long-term contract position that requires a proactive individual with a passion for talent acquisition and organizational excellence. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Early Career Recruiting Team by managing various aspects of the recruitment process and contributing to intern program logistics.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the tracking and management of a high volume of candidates and applicants
Conduct reference checks to ensure candidate suitability
Create and publish job descriptions to attract top talent
Process new hires efficiently using Workday
Provide responsive support to applicants throughout their recruitment, hiring, and onboarding journey
Actively source and engage with candidates who have relevant experience for future opportunities
Collaborate with recruiters to develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline
Assist in the execution of comprehensive recruiting strategies alongside recruiters
Take part in planning and managing logistics for the summer internship program
Support the recruiting team with special projects, key initiatives, and various ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in HR support roles such as HR Assistant, Recruiting Coordinator, or Talent Acquisition Assistant
Familiarity with Workday or similar applicant tracking systems is preferred
Proven ability to quickly adapt to new processes and technologies
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage heavy workflow efficiently
Flexible and proactive, with a strong sense of urgency and teamwork
Capability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume corporate environment
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization
