We’re looking for a driven Recruiter to support CLEAR’s continued growth. This role will partner across G&A and tech to deliver a best in class candidate experience alongside organizational results. This is a 6 month contract with potential for permanency.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with impact: Partner deeply with HRBPs and business leaders to understand hiring needs
Be a talent market expert: Use data, industry insights, and business acumen to guide hiring managers
Source like a pro: Dive into niche markets to find and engage passive candidates
Advocate effectively: Balance the needs of candidates and the business
Raise the bar: Share insights and best practices to continually improve recruiting processes
Requirements:
5+ years of recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with expertise in hiring for specialized roles across G&A and Tech (depth of experience in Security hiring a plus)
Experience using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, TalentWall, Gem, and other modern recruiting tools
