Robert Half is currently partnering with a growing organization in Miami that is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join their team. This role is responsible for supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting with the hiring process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple open roles.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms
Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews
Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate information within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Assist with preparing job descriptions and posting new roles
Track recruitment activity and provide updates on hiring progress
Requirements:
Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other sourcing tools is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general recruiting platforms
Nice to have:
