As a Recruiter in GTA, you will partner closely with business leaders to deliver end‑to‑end hiring solutions, from talent strategy through offer acceptance. You’ll own critical parts of the candidate experience, assess and engage diverse talent pools, and drive hiring plans that align to both immediate and long‑term business needs. You’ll collaborate across teams to move candidates efficiently through the hiring process while balancing stakeholder priorities.
Job Responsibility:
Implement a short- and near-term hiring plan for a business, area, or subsidiary.
Use and develop new business stories to elicit interest from active and potential candidates.
Own elements of the candidate experience, prepare them for the next phase of the hiring process while identifying factors that may adversely affect them.
Engage candidates for immediate and future needs, and develop strategies to generate differentiated talent for long-term business needs.
Assess candidates and may help create assessment materials, while also executing their initial screening.
Maintain candidates’ qualifications and status in the appropriate systems, and apply and optimize policies and regulations throughout the staffing lifecycle.
Move candidates through the hiring process while working with other teams to meet their needs and driving solutions that balance the client’s needs.
Present businesses with talent gaps and hiring needs, and market and channel insights to inform hiring plans.
Requirements:
5+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role.
7+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role.
