We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Recruiter to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top talent and ensuring a seamless hiring process. Your expertise in high-volume recruiting and corporate recruitment will play a key role in connecting exceptional candidates with the right opportunities.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent across various channels
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals
Utilize applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate documentation and streamline recruitment workflows
Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience for current and future openings
Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidate credentials and suitability
Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to identify and engage with potential candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Stay informed about market trends and best practices in recruiting to enhance strategies
Support high-volume recruitment initiatives, ensuring timely and effective hiring outcomes
Requirements:
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
Must be bilingual in Spanish
Strong knowledge of corporate recruiting practices and strategies
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment efforts effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Familiarity with current recruitment trends and tools
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience with attention to detail
