Contract Recruiter (6 months) to help drive hiring across Sales and broader Go-to-Market (GTM) teams at Airtable, the no-code app platform.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM roles
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to shape hiring strategies
  • Drive a thoughtful candidate experience
  • Leverage recruiting tools and data to report on pipeline health
  • Collaborate closely with internal partners

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience, particularly in Strategic Sales
  • Deep understanding of SaaS Sales organizations and various selling approaches (Consultative, MEDDIC, Force Management, etc.)
  • Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and business stakeholders
  • Proactive self-starter who navigates ambiguity with aplomb
