Job Description:

Serve as a key resource for all recreation activities facilitated on the property; promote fun and relaxation for guests while ensuring safety; provide assistance in emergencies and maintain high-quality standards in operations; exemplify The Ritz-Carlton 'Gold Standards' for luxury hospitality

Job Responsibility:

Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities
Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities
Promote rules and regulations of the recreation facilities for safety and welfare
Respond appropriately to emergencies in recreation facilities
Provide assistance to injured guests
Clean and maintain recreational facilities, equipment, and supplies
Process payments for rental equipment, recreation activities, facility rentals, or retail sales
Support team to reach common goals

Requirements:

CPR Certification
First Aid Certification
Recreation Equipment
Any certification or training required by local and state agencies
