JIEB qualified and authorised to take appointments
Substantial insolvency experience, ideally from a similar professional services environment
Well-established network within the legal, banking, and accountancy sectors
Comfortable working both in a client delivery capacity and a business development role
Excellent people skills and the ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service

Job Responsibility

Undertaking formal insolvency appointments
Providing expert advice to clients
Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with stakeholders
Contributing to business development of the department
Securing new insolvency appointments through networking

Requirements

Experience working with women with multiple complex needs
Experience supporting women in the criminal justice system
Experience working with substance use needs

Job Responsibility

Deliver trauma‑informed, gender‑responsive one‑to‑one support

Work collaboratively with HMP Eastwood Park and community partners
Complete assessments and develop strength‑based action plans
Support women with goals around recovery, stability, and reducing risk
Facilitate group interventions where required
Provide harm‑reduction advice, including overdose prevention and naloxone training
Attend multi‑agency meetings and advocate for the women you support
Maintain accurate records, reviews, and risk assessments
