Recertification Clerk

• Prepare and proof departmental correspondence, reports, and documentation
• Distribute and process monthly recertification applications
• Run Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) reports and request income verifications
• Compare recertification and inspection lists for consistency
• Sort, distribute, and process incoming/outgoing mail and faxes
• Maintain accurate records, organize paperwork, and perform general filing
• Support the team with data entry, document preparation, and report generation
• Ensure timely and regular attendance

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of office or public contact experience, preferably in housing or social services
• Valid Georgia driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• knowledge of Yardi preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Basic math and data analysis abilities
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage competing tasks and adapt to change
• High level of professionalism, initiative, and dependability
