Job Description:

Are you a friendly and organised individual looking to make a positive impact in a fast-paced environment? Our client is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join their team in Norwich. If you thrive in a customer-facing role and enjoy being the first point of contact, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression
Answer incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel and managing inquiries efficiently
Maintain a tidy and organised reception area to create a welcoming atmosphere
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and processing deliveries
Assist with general office duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment
Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is preferred but not essential
A proactive attitude and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service
