Job Description:

Receptionists, or Guest Experience Experts, at The Taikang Sanya a Tribute Portfolio Resort are responsible for creating a memorable guest experience by assisting with various tasks throughout guest check-ins, stays, and check-outs. Responsibilities include addressing guest requests, handling luggage, ensuring professionalism, and adhering to safety and company policies.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services guiding guests through their stay
Address guest requests
Complete reports
Share highlights of the local area
Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles
Transport luggage
Ensure professionalism in uniform, appearance, and communication
Create a safe workplace
Follow company policies and procedures
Uphold quality standards
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
None
