Temporary Receptionist position covering front desk in bustling busy industry, creating welcoming environment as first point of contact for clients and visitors

Job Responsibility:

Answering phone calls with warm and welcoming tone
Meeting and greeting clients and offering refreshments
Taking accurate notes during calls and sending follow-up emails
Keeping reception area tidy and smart
