As a Receptionist you will be the friendly face of the HC-One Care Home, responsible for meeting and greeting all visitors including new enquirers, friends and family members of residents, health & social care professionals and members of the local community. You will be responsible for dealing with all types of enquiries and as the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide advice and support both face to face and over the telephone. When joining HC-One you will support the Home Manager and Administrator in clerical duties, maintaining accurate filing whilst working to deadlines. With responsibility for ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed in a timely manner, you will be expected to use your initiative and will be happy working independently. This is a part-time role of 20 hours per week. Alternative weekend work will be required.

Requirements:
Experience working as a receptionist
Experience giving excellent customer service
Professional and friendly manner over telephone and face to face
Ability to recognise signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect
Ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns
Willingness to attend safeguarding training
