Join our Team as a Receptionist! Be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and colleagues, showcasing your warm and friendly demeanour in a dynamic and innovative work environment. The role involves greeting and assisting visitors, handling calls and emails, maintaining an organised reception area, and supporting administrative tasks. Job Responsibility:

Greet and assist all visitors with a smile, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed
Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it reflects our commitment to excellence
Support administrative tasks as needed, collaborating with various teams to enhance our workplace
Assist with social events, managing social media

Requirements:

A cheerful, upbeat personality with outstanding communication skills
Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is a plus, but a positive attitude is a must
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
