Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our team in Houston, Texas. This Contract to permanent position offers an opportunity to showcase your organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Job Responsibility:

Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system with efficiency and a detail-oriented demeanor
Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and friendly first impression
Manage a switchboard system handling up to 10 phone lines
Provide accurate information to callers and route calls to the appropriate departments
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Perform administrative support tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
Handle inbound inquiries and assist with general customer service
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless front-office operations

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front-desk role
Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and switchboards
Strong verbal communication skills with an attentive and courteous phone demeanor
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy environment
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
Familiarity with basic administrative tasks and office equipment
Positive attitude and ability to maintain a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and callers
