Receptionist

• Meet and greet clients, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate contact
• Take accurate messages and ensure they are delivered promptly
• Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
• Book and manage meeting rooms, ensuring they are set up and ready for use
• Arrange taxi and courier services as required
• Order and prepare refreshments for meetings
• Assist with travel arrangements and hotel bookings when necessary
• Handle stationary orders and maintain inventory
• Keep the front desk area clean and tidy at all times
• Provide support to both new and current tenants
• Assist tenants with building enquiries and address any concerns
• Conduct weekly alarm monitoring and testing
• Participate in annual Health and Safety checks and reporting

• Previous experience in a similar receptionist or front desk role
• Exceptional customer service skills with a warm and welcoming demeanour
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of basic office management tasks
• Ability to work on your own
