Our client, a professional property developer based near Borough tube station is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service for a variety of commercial tenants in a new managed property.
Job Responsibility:
Meet and greet clients, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate contact
Take accurate messages and ensure they are delivered promptly
Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
Book and manage meeting rooms, ensuring they are set up and ready for use
Arrange taxi and courier services as required
Order and prepare refreshments for meetings
Assist with travel arrangements and hotel bookings when necessary
Handle stationary orders and maintain inventory
Keep the front desk area clean and tidy at all times
Provide support to both new and current tenants
Assist tenants with building enquiries and address any concerns
Conduct weekly alarm monitoring and testing
Participate in annual Health and Safety checks and reporting
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar receptionist or front desk role
Exceptional customer service skills with a warm and welcoming demeanour
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of basic office management tasks
Ability to work on your own
