We are looking for an organized and personable Receptionist to join our team on a contract to permanent basis. Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and detail-oriented manner, ensuring a positive first impression
Handle incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, directing inquiries appropriately
Manage email correspondence and respond promptly to inquiries
Organize and maintain files to ensure easy access and efficient record management
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings to support team operations
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, for daily administrative tasks
Collaborate with the escrow manager to support escrow processes and documentation
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and detail-oriented at all times
Requirements:
Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role
Proficiency in using multi-line phone systems
Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and professionally
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
Experience in organizing files and scheduling appointments
