Job Description:

Our client, a leading serviced office provider, is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to be the welcoming face of their business. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

Provide outstanding support to new and current tenants throughout their moving process by following established checklists
Greet tenants daily, leaving a positive impression on all who enter the building
Maintain a tidy, presentable, and organised reception area
Answer phone calls for the organisation and virtual tenants
Sort daily post and deliveries, organise communal meeting room bookings, and manage building documentation
Respond promptly to daily office and building queries
Conduct daily checks to maintain the visual standards of the building and report any maintenance issues immediately

Requirements:

A proactive individual with a can-do attitude
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities with an eye for detail
Previous experience in a reception or customer service role is a plus but not essential
