Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Receptionist for a THREE DAY contract in Hillsboro, Oregon. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This part-time position requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage a multi-line phone system effectively.

Job Responsibility:

Greet and assist visitors with a detail-oriented and welcoming demeanor
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate departments
Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information to callers
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a positive first impression
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
Monitor and manage the switchboard to ensure efficient call routing
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth front desk operations

Requirements:

Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role
Proficiency in operating a multi-line phone system or switchboard
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and scheduling tools
A courteous demeanor with attention to detail and a focus on customer service
