We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. In this role, you will provide front desk support, handle incoming calls and emails, assist with scheduling, and perform a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a polished demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Greet clients and visitors with a warm, welcoming attitude
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and timely manner
Monitor and respond to company emails appropriately
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
Assist internal staff with clerical tasks as needed
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate degree or administrative training is a plus
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Excellent organizational and time management skills
