This role is integral to ensuring smooth daily operations by managing front desk responsibilities and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and well-maintained environment
Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation management
Maintain and update calendars, including scheduling appointments and meetings
Provide administrative support to various teams, ensuring timely completion of tasks
Oversee the use of CRM systems to manage client information and communication
Coordinate office supplies and ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable
Assist with Hosted Microsoft Exchange tasks, including email coordination and troubleshooting
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services efficiently
Support other duties as assigned to contribute to overall office functionality
Requirements:
Proven experience in receptionist or administrative roles is preferred
Strong proficiency in clerical skills, including data entry and organization
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
High school diploma or equivalent
additional training in office administration is advantageous
Competence in calendar management and scheduling
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain an organized workspace
