Friendly, family-run business with a close-knit team and down-to-earth culture looking for a proactive and organised Receptionist to join our team as part of our continued growth

Job Responsibility:

  • Take ownership of the Reception
  • Assist the Manager with day-to-day administrative duties including sales orders and processing invoices

Requirements:

  • Process purchase invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Match, batch, and code invoices to relevant purchase orders
  • Answer the phone and forward calls and take messages
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding invoice queries or payment issues
  • Provide general administrative support to the Manager
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and data entry tasks
  • Maintain supplier contact details and records
  • Organise and maintain both digital and physical files
  • Handle ad-hoc office tasks as required
  • Support with internal communication and scheduling
