We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable part-time Receptionist to join a team in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. This is a part-time, long-term contract position requiring 15-20 hours per week, with work scheduled across 2-3 days between Monday and Thursday. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
Job Responsibility:
Manage a multi-line phone system, answering and directing incoming calls promptly and efficiently
greet visitors and staff with warmth and courtesy, ensuring a positive first impression
handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies
maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment
collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow
assist with data entry and documentation as needed
coordinate with other departments to relay messages and handle inquiries accurately
follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations
provide support during virtual meetings or interviews, ensuring proper setup and communication
utilize basic Microsoft Office Suite for correspondence and documentation tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and handling inbound calls effectively
familiarity with switchboard operations, managing up to 10 phone lines
strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with visitors and team members
ability to work part-time hours across Monday to Thursday, with flexibility for scheduling
competence in using basic Microsoft Office Suite software for administrative tasks
detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities
detail-oriented demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality in the workplace.
