Job Responsibility:
Welcoming all clients and visitors into the office, offering refreshments, and escorting to meeting rooms
Answering incoming calls and emails, efficiently and passing across accurate messages to the team
Set up and arrange meeting rooms for senior meetings and events
Distributing post and messages to the team
Manage the office supplies, and ensuring the smooth running of the office space
Support the wider team in daily administrative tasks
Requirements:
Must have previous office experience
Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proactive, hardworking, and positive nature
