We are currently recruiting for a receptionist and client host to join our front of house team in the London offices of a client in the financial services industry.
Job Responsibility:
Take ownership of the visitor journey
Provide an intuitive, meticulous, and friendly meet and greet service in the ground floor lobby
Provide meet and greet service on the main client floor
Take care of meeting rooms and office space
Work alongside other service providers to ensure a seamless and consistently high level of service
Requirements:
Positive, friendly and customer focused
Good work ethic
Excellent communication skills
Experience in high end customer service
Preferably within a vibrant reception operation
Experience managing meeting rooms within a corporate environment
