We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and welcoming organisation that is seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team on a temporary full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to be the face of a busy office while supporting day-to-day operations in a varied and rewarding role.
Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and clients with a professional and friendly approach
Answer and direct incoming calls and manage general enquiries
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Support the team with data entry, filing, and document handling
Monitor and order office supplies as needed
Requirements:
A positive, approachable, and professional manner
Strong communication skills-both written and verbal
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is desirable but not essential
A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
