Are you a customer service professional looking for a new opportunity in corporate reception? We are currently recruiting for a Reception Team Leader to oversee our small team who take care of the front of house services at a well-known global professional insurance body, based in the city. Although this is a leadership position, where you will have full managerial duties to one part time Receptionist, it is also a very hands-on role where you will be fully operationally involved.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee a small team

Welcoming visitors and staff
Managing the company’s switchboard and inbox
Managing meeting rooms
Assisting with event coordination
Updating statistics, folders, manuals and admin related projects
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills via all mediums
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Experience of working within a similar customer-oriented role, preferably within hotels, airlines, medical or a corporate setting
Experience of supervising/managing a team
Genuinely positive and friendly candidate with a natural ability to build rapport
Sincere, kind, adaptable and a good problem solver
