Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Reception & Reservations Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. You’ll oversee all reception and reservations operations, manage a motivated team, and maintain the highest standards of service and professionalism. From coordinating bookings and managing systems to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests and a key player in delivering exceptional hospitality.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading and managing the reception and reservations team to deliver outstanding guest service
  • Overseeing all front desk operations, ensuring efficiency and professionalism
  • Managing room bookings and reservations using PMS systems (such as Rezlynx)
