Job Description:

Are you a skilled Paralegal with a passion for real estate law and a knack for keeping transactions on track? I am looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to join my client's legal team in Wilmington, NC. If you enjoy working closely with attorneys, clients, and real estate professionals—this is the opportunity for you!

Job Responsibility:

Draft and file legal documents for real estate transactions (purchase agreements, leases, closing statements, etc.)
Coordinate with clients, agents, and lenders to ensure smooth closings
Conduct title research and analyze zoning and environmental data
Prepare and review closing documents with precision and accuracy
Respond to client inquiries with clarity and professionalism
Maintain organized transaction records and monitor critical deadlines
Collaborate with attorneys to ensure compliance with real estate laws
Review title searches and mortgage documents for accuracy

Requirements:

Degree or certificate in Paralegal Studies (real estate focus preferred)
3+ years of experience in real estate law
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and client service abilities
Proficiency in title searches, appraisals, and mortgage documentation
Familiarity with residential, condominium, and title-based transactions
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines
