A Top tier legal 500 law firm is seeking a talented Real Estate Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding team in Brighton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team in a supportive, dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage cases with minimal supervision
  • Work with a diverse range of clients, from international corporates and local businesses to government bodies, charities, and individuals

Requirements:

  • An experienced solicitor with up to 5 years PQE
  • Good exposure to contentious property matters consisting of commercial and residential property
  • Strong technical ability and legal skills to deal with complex queries
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills are essential

Nice to have:

Prior experience of a broad range of contentious issues, including service charge disputes, collective enfranchisement, AST advice, long leasehold advice
