Job Responsibility:

  • Responding to incoming calls and emails regarding breakdowns and maintenance issues
  • Scheduling engineers for site visits across the UK
  • Ordering and tracking parts to ensure timely job completion
  • Preparing performance reports for clients (e.g. time-to-site, budget tracking, job costing)
  • Raising quotations and ensuring accurate documentation for each job

Requirements:

  • Enjoys building and maintaining client relationships
  • Is confident, organised, and quick to learn new systems
  • Can juggle multiple tasks and projects with ease
  • Has a background in customer service, coordination, or administration (preferred but not essential)
