Job Description:

Robert Half Technology is looking for an experienced React Front-End Developer with a strong foundation in building clean, scalable, and responsive web applications. While your primary focus will be on front-end development using React, we’d love for you to have some backend experience as well — enough to collaborate effectively across the stack and occasionally support backend tasks when needed.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain front-end features using React.js
  • Translate UI/UX designs into functional, high-performance code
  • Build reusable components and front-end libraries
  • Integrate front-end code with RESTful APIs
  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams
  • Assist with backend development when needed (Node.js, Express, or similar)
  • Participate in code reviews and help maintain high code quality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs across the front-end and occasionally backend

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in front-end development with React
  • Strong skills in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS
  • Experience with state management (Redux, Context API, etc.)
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with backend services
  • Basic experience with backend tools like Node.js, Express, or similar
  • Proficient with Git and modern development workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for building great user experiences

Nice to have:

  • Experience with TypeScript
  • Familiarity with backend databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.)
  • Understanding of basic DevOps concepts or cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in Agile teams or startup environments
