Job Description:

We're hiring certified Reach Forklift Operators for a top electronics and technology company in Mississauga, Ontario. If you have solid experience with Reach Trucks and Order Pickers and are ready to join a fast-paced team, this is the job for you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Operate Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, and Dock Stockers
  • Use RF scanners to accurately pick, locate, and organize products
  • Handle and sort cartons of electronics for packaging
  • Lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 lbs

Requirements:

  • Physically capable of lifting boxes weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Must hold a valid external forklift license for both Order Picker and Reach Truck
  • Must hold a current Fall Arrest/Protection certification
  • Successful completion of an on-site forklift evaluation is required prior to starting

  • Safely and efficiently operate a Reach truck in a fast-paced cold storage and freezer warehouse
  • Utilize an RF scanner for accurate case picking, order fulfillment, and inventory tracking
  • Move pallets, freight, and other materials to and from storage areas, loading docks, and delivery vehicles
  • Operate a dockstocker as required for loading and unloading
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on all equipment, including the Reach truck, and report any malfunctions
  • Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company procedures
  • Ensure proper handling of temperature-sensitive meat products, maintaining the integrity of the cold chain
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and shipping targets
  • Demonstrate punctuality and reliability for the scheduled night shift (11 PM - 7 AM, Sunday-Thursday)
