Job Description:

As an RCM Manager, you will serve as the subject matter expert in condition monitoring (CM) technologies, providing technical leadership and guidance to the reliability team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and mentor a team of reliability analysts
  • Develop and implement comprehensive condition monitoring programs
  • Utilize advanced nondestructive testing techniques and tools
  • Interpret data from various condition monitoring sources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize maintenance activities
  • Conduct in-depth root cause analyses
  • Drive reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) initiatives
  • Stay abreast of industry advancements
  • Develop and deliver training programs and workshops
  • Act as a liaison with external vendors, contractors, and industry experts

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of hands-on experience in condition monitoring, reliability engineering, or related field
  • Proficiency in utilizing condition monitoring tools, software, and data analysis techniques
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement principles

Nice to have:

  • American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) Level 2 certification or equivalent in CM area of specialty Certification
  • International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Category 3 Certification
  • ASNT Level 1 certification or equivalent in at least one other secondary CM technology Certification
