Job Responsibility:
Helping new care packages start smoothly and safely across our branch network
Providing hands-on care and support during the early stages of new services
Ensuring clients receive person-centred, high-quality care without delay
Undertaking a range of clinical tasks, including: Manual cough assist
Bowel management
Spinal support
PEG and tracheostomy care
Continence, medication, and mobility support
CPI (Restraint and Breakaway) / Mental health Training
Requirements:
Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification)
Previous experience delivering hands-on care in a homecare or healthcare setting
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to travel requirements)
A flexible and adaptable approach to working across multiple branches
